Oxalis Jewelry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Product Information & Accuracy

All Oxalis Jewelry pieces are handcrafted. As a result:

  • Slight variations in shape, texture, and finish are normal

  • Product photos are representative but may vary slightly due to lighting and natural materials

We make every effort to display products accurately but cannot guarantee that your device’s display reflects true color or scale.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Oxalis Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Repairs

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We do, however, stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or experiences a structural issue (such as a broken chain or clasp), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Eligible cases may receive a repair or replacement at our discretion.

Damage caused by wear, water, heat, impact, misuse, or improper care is not covered.

Jewelry Care & Responsibility

Jewelry requires proper care. By purchasing from Oxalis Jewelry, you acknowledge that:

  • Tarnishing, patina, and natural aging are normal

  • Gemstones may be sensitive to water, heat, and chemicals

  • Improper care can result in damage not covered by repair or replacement

Care instructions are provided with each order and available on our website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, designs, text, logos, and product designs—is the property of Oxalis Jewelry and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Oxalis Jewelry is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

  • Damage resulting from improper use or care

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
