Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
Each Oxalis Jewelry piece is individually made and carefully inspected before shipping. For this reason, we cannot accept items back once they have left our studio.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, we are always happy to help—just reach out before checkout.
Repairs & Replacements
While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do stand behind our craftsmanship.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or experiences a structural issue such as:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. When appropriate, we will offer:

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care are not covered.
