Processing Time

All Oxalis Jewelry pieces are handcrafted and carefully prepared for shipment.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship via USPS / UPS within the United States.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Oxalis Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or carrier issues

  • Weather events

  • Customs or regional disruptions

  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Oxalis Jewelry is not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • If additional documentation is needed, we are happy to assist

We are not able to replace or refund orders lost by the carrier once tracking shows delivery or transit confirmation.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and the item

Eligible cases may qualify for repair or replacement at our discretion.


Insured Shipping

All Oxalis Jewelry shipments are insured for their declared value.

Insurance covers packages that are lost or damaged in transit prior to delivery. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist with filing an insurance claim and determining an appropriate resolution.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Oxalis Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you are concerned about theft, we recommend:

  • Shipping to a secure address

  • Using delivery instructions or signature confirmation where available


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost:

  • Please allow sufficient time for transit and carrier scans

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Notify us if additional documentation is needed for an insurance claim

Insurance claims can take time to process and are subject to carrier approval.
